CALL FOR SPEAKERS!
At this time we are welcoming abstracts from all interested speakers to present on Twitter. All topics are currently welcome, including for-profit ideas, government applications, non-profit ideas, socializing applications, development APIs, and all cultural impacts and phenomenon based on twitter.
We aim to create one of the most compelling and intense full-day conferences on Twitter and would like to make the selection of topics as diverse as possible. All selected speakers will receive a complementary registration pass. For those that are interested in speaking and presenting, please email a short one paragraph abstract on your topic with contact information (email and phone number) to toronto@cooltwitterconferences.com, and put TORONTO in the subject line. We will be accepting abstracts until August 10th, 2009 with spots available for two (2) more speakers.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This conference is aimed at providing an informational exchange opportunity for all those trying to understand and maximize the opportunities surrounding the technology and the phenomenon that is Twitter.

On-Site Registration - August 11th, 2009: $59.00 USD ($63.30 CND)
Twitter Beginner Boot-Camp: $45.00 USD ($48.30 CND)
Voluntary Carbon Offset: $5.00 USD* ($5.36 CND*)
The Twitter Beginner Boot Camp will take place from 11:00am-12:30pm before the start of the conference. It will be aimed at educating and bringing individuals up to speed on the basics of Twitter and potential applications.
*Cool Twitter Conferences tries to limits its impact on the environment wherever possible and practical. We kindly request all attendees and speakers (including ourselves) to donate $5.00 per person toward offsetting the carbon we all release into the atmosphere through our travel to the conference (by car, by metro, by plane, by train). 100% of these funds will be donated to the Carbonfund.org organization and requested to help finance their Wildlife Refuge Reforestation project in the Tensas River Valley of Louisiana.
